Is the Paypal Shopping Cart Secure?
The paypal shopping cart is very secure. They use multiple levels of security and will not answer any specific questions unless you can verify your identity. We trust them with our money because of the security we've seen. There are protections for both the buyer and seller, resulting in much less fraud.
How are Shipping Charges Handled?
Shipping is setup on either a percentage, or a flat fee table. You will have to edit this table to your own liking, but we recommend the following settings. Areas that MUST be changed are highlighted. There is an option to have each item add a unique shipping charge as well, but there is no global way to make a minimum charge besides the options below.
